2. CONTRACT SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the digital QR menu service ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER's website https://eqrmenu.com.

3. SERVICE INFORMATION

The basic features, content, price and payment method of the service are available on the SELLER's website. The BUYER accepts that they have read and been informed about all information regarding the service before placing an order.

3.1. Service Features

  • Online ordering and reservation integration

  • Technical support services

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER declares that they have read and been informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery information of the service subject to the contract on https://eqrmenu.com website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER accepts that in case of providing digital content and services, the right of withdrawal will end with the beginning of the performance of the service. However, they can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days before starting to use the service.

5.1. Exercise of Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified in writing or via a durable medium (email, SMS, etc.) within this period.

6. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

6.2. Service Delivery

The service is activated immediately after payment confirmation. The BUYER can start using the service by logging into the membership panel.

8. RESPONSIBILITIES

8.1. Seller's Responsibilities

  • Provide the service in accordance with the contract and legal regulations

  • Ensure system security
  • Protect personal data

8.2. Buyer's Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Fulfill payment obligations
  • Ensure username and password security
  • Use the service in accordance with laws

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For disputes arising from this contract; Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value determined annually by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Consumer Courts at the place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized.

10. EFFECTIVENESS

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract by placing an order through the site. The contract enters into force as of the order date.
